Sometimes, I think drawing is the one thing that gives me peace of mind and sanity. Lol.
Recently I’ve been getting tired of anything to do with blogs. It’s just more irritating than is necessary. I’m alright with websites. I think I’ll simply maintain/think of all my blogs from now on as “websites”.
Since I’m still on John Ruskin’s The Elements of Drawing, and he advises the reader to copy some of *his* copies, that’s what I did.

A hand is on top.

Some weird shadows from the scanner, lol.

Seriously, cotton wool practice.

1 Mar: Couldn’t really fix the eyes. I think I’ll draw the eyes out separately to get a better idea of what to do :P
I hope I can start work on Book #2 soon. I’ve some ideas, but there’s wayyyyy more work to be done before I want to think about finishing it. I have a feeling I’ll be doing the usual “disappearing” act, when I do get into it full-swing.

On a slight tangent from the blog mention above — the more user-friendly a web programme gets, the less freedom and fun you have with actually working on/with the codes. With the convenience, you get less familiar with the very programme(s)/product(s) you’re using.
I guess I am just old-school, haha.
