The butt ones look easy to draw, but they aren’t! Oh well, more things to try…
I like to focus on just one body part / element (like a boat in an island painting or whatever…oh yeah that reminds me, I do have a boat to re-visit).

Thought #1 was interesting. I guess I prefer traditional to digital mediums…though I usually still cheat and adjust the settings (contrast/brightness etc) in PS, heh.
Yesterday I finally managed to finish a medieval art book, and today I hope to finish Treasure Island which I’m 1.2 months behind in completing.
Haven’t really totaled the exact number of agents I’ve blitzed — my guess is around 150. I’ll probably count them later in my e-mail inbox (not today-today though).
I also keep all snail mail rejections in an extremely pretty purple/blue folder. I think I’ve a photo of it somewhere. I’ve 20 slips currently, so it should be enough to cover one strip of a wall in my room, if I so wish.
I think I’ve reached a point where I just let rejections roll off my back…I don’t know how I’m undeterred…and still continue to pursue my own path…
It’s like Winston Churchill’s quote — “If you’re going through Hell…keep going.”
And I think I’d rather live a short but meaningful life…where I did my best doing and going after what I really want…than to live longer, with more “sanity”, but a deader soul.
Don’t mind the dots…I tend to use them quite a lot when freely musing :)
