The reason I’ve a bunch of blogs/sites (7 in total, though I am sort of sitting on 1, so that makes 6) is due to my varied interests. A hodge podge blog that included writing rants, website/web design tips, unique gift finds, fantasy art, as well as links to nice artsy and related websites, would be a bit *too* much of a variety, so much so that it might have led to that one blog with everything in it being way too cluttered, which is something I don’t really appreciate the slightest.

I know that sentence was so lengthy. However, I need to cut myself some slack now and then… :P

I’m thinking of some ways to make this blog a little more “interesting”, while still retaining some kind of a balance. For instance, I’d like something interactive — perhaps an ongoing enfolding story of some sort which readers/visitors could add to — though that currently is a slight problem due to the relative newness of this blog. Maybe I can place it on the sidebar or something. It’s an idea I’ll work on.

I’m also quite ticked off because the PR (Google PageRank) for one of my blogs was slashed from a 4 back to a 0 — 0 being the least on the scale, 10 being the highest. Ha ha. And to think that I’d managed to get it from a 0 to a 4 previously in the span of about 2 months!

Now I know PR is not “the all and everything” of a website, but that blog of mine is now on page 6 in a Google search, instead of a page 1, and let’s just say that it was a lot of hard work getting it onto the first page. Oh well. I guess a setback is a setback, that’s all. I’ll cook up some ways to make the most of the situation if I can.

Will probably blog about it in a more tech-y / Internet-focused manner on WebHost Monkeys.

I’ve been wanting to be more diligent with drawing also for the longest time, so when I do get down to some new pieces, I’ll post them.

For now this is an old one — the pillars really are that colour IRL (In Real Life).
